Homebuilder Services Division

Anne Law serves as Senior Vice President & Division President of the Homebuilder Services Division of First American Title Insurance Company. In this role, Anne shapes and leads the divisional planning and strategy, building partnerships across the company and within the industry and community.

Prior to being named SVP & Division President for Homebuilder Services in 2023, Anne served as Vice President and Regional Director for the division’s operations in California, Arizona, Nevada and Colorado. Under her leadership, Anne guided her team through the recent market shifts, creating deeper synergies enabling the team to pivot their approach and capture new market share.

Anne is an advocate of career development. As a graduate of the First American Women in Leadership program, Anne experienced firsthand the many benefits of both formal and informal development opportunities. This experience inspired her to incorporate development into the foundation of her leadership approach. She encourages her teams to learn, ask questions, challenge the norms and innovate.

Anne is also passionate about serving her community. She is a founding member and current Board Member of the Phoenix branch of HomeAid®, a leading non-profit development of housing and programmatic facilities for people experiencing or at risk of homelessness. She has also served two terms as a Board Member for the Home Builders Association of Central Arizona.

Anne holds a bachelor’s degree from The University of Arizona. She resides in Scottsdale, Arizona with her husband, Rob, where they enjoy spending time with friends and family and taking advantage of the many outdoor activities across the state.
